NiceJob Featured on 2019 “Ready to Rocket” List, Profiling High Growth Companies in B.C.’s Technology Sectors
VANCOUVER, BC – March 12, 2019
Rocket Builders today released its seventeenth (17th) annual “Ready to Rocket” lists. These lists profile British Columbia technology companies that are best positioned to capitalize on the technology sector trends that will lead them to faster growth than their peers. Rocket Builders also released results from its 2018 lists, with strong revenue growth across all sectors. As is typical with this list, companies profiled tend to attract investment, partnerships and even get acquired. This year, NiceJob is proud to announce that they have been profiled in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
Vancouver, March 12, 2019 - After experiencing rapid growth in 2018, NiceJob has been recognized on the 2019 “Ready to Rocket” list. In 2018 NiceJob grew from ~200k in annual recurring revenue with 2 contractors and a remote founder, to over 1.5 million in annual recurring revenue, a team of 12 that is now in their second Gastown office, serving over 2500 small businesses across North America, in two years. NiceJob’s growth has been entirely funded by its own revenue, and has not yet taken outside investment.
“We are honoured to be featured on such a list alongside other great companies such as BananaTag, EventBase, Procurify, Riipen, Thinkific, and many others. With the roles we’re currently hiring for, and our current trajectory, we’re optimistic about the future, and look forward to seeing what more our team can accomplish.” said Director of Growth, Connor Wilson.
The annual 2019 “Ready to Rocket” lists provide accurate predictions of private companies that will likely experience significant growth, venture capital investment or acquisition by a major player in the coming year. This year the lists feature 203 companies across 5 different technology sectors:
